How we handle your details.

Project enquiries (the contact form): your name, email, company if you give one, the service you chose and your message.

Job applications: your name, email, mobile number, location, any LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio links you add, your experience level, your answer to our question and your résumé.

With every form: the time it was sent, your browser's user-agent and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use these only to stop spam and abuse; the IP address itself is not stored.

To reply to your enquiry, or to consider your application and contact you about it. We do not sell your details, use them for marketing lists or share them with other companies.

Submissions and résumés are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Emails about your submission, including the copy sent to you, are delivered by Resend, and arrive in our mailbox at hello@stablemerge.in.

Only the StableMerge team can open the submissions, through a sign-in protected admin page.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep enquiries and job applications, including résumés, for no longer than 90 days after we receive them, and then delete them. If you become a client or join the team, the details you need for that work are kept for as long as it lasts.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it sooner: write to hello@stablemerge.in.
